Kenya

Known for stunning beaches, diverse landscapes, and as the classic “Big Five” safari destination. Kenya has become a beacon of wildlife conservation, with many safari conservancies managed by fourth generation families and wildlife reserves owned by local tribal communities.

Rwanda

Home to the highly endangered mountain gorilla made famous by the American primatologist Dian Fossey. Trekking the magnificent mountain gorillas through the lush slopes of the Virungas is one of the most thrilling and moving wildlife experiences to be had.

Madagascar

Madagascar is one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet with 80% flora and fauna not found anywhere else. There are 100+ species of lemur on this island, plus abundant marine life, and rich Malagasy culture to immerse in.

Tanzania

The Great Migration

An annual event of Wildebeest and other herd animals that follow the seasonal rains and lush grazing from Kenya to Tanzania and back. These large herds draw out predators and embark on tense river crossings making for exciting wildlife viewing.

Mountain Gorilla Trekking

An estimated 1,000 endangered Mountain Gorillas remain left in the world today, and tourism is imperative to their survival. Trekking their misty rainforest home to visit a family in Rwanda or Uganda is an exhilarating, intimate, and rare experience.

Big Five Wildlife

This commonly used phrase refers to safari areas where Elephant, Leopard, Lion, Buffalo, Rhino populations are present and have a higher chance for sightings. If there are particular wildlife sightings you’re hoping to cross off your list – let us know!

Mt. Kilimanjaro Trekking

Climbing the highest free-standing mountain in Africa to Uhuru Peak is an incredible achievement. The ascent is non-technical through tropical jungle, alpine desert and glacial fields. Trekking routes are 6-7 days total, combining well with a pre or post safari!
