Mount Nelson Hotel, Cape Town
The Mount Nelson Hotel is Cape Town’s oldest and grandest colonial hotel. Originally designed for the wealthy European traveler, the Mount Nelson opened in 1899. Today, the sprawling lush garden estate is in the heart of the city’s vibrant cultural center and close to the bustling V&A Waterfront and some of Cape Town’s best beaches. Victoria & Alfred Hotel, Cape Town

Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence, Green Point
The Cape Royale sits on a tree-lined boulevard across the street from the new Green Point Stadium and park, and in close proximity to the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Welgelegen Guest House, Cape Town
This guest house is actually two Victorian houses joined by a cobbled patio and plunge pool, enclosed by terraces of iceberg roses and jasmine. The previous owner was an interior designer and the décor is a testament to her elegant style and eclectic taste. The current owner and hostess, Fiona Evans has recently added Grace House, a small cottage across the street, to the collection. Situated at the foot of Table Mountain in a neighborhood called Gardens, it is "well located," which is the Dutch translation for "Welgelegen."

Head South Lodge, Green Point
This 4-star art deco lodge has 15 spacious rooms and a reputation for excellent service. Amenities include satellite tv, air-conditioning, complimentary internet connection and non-smoking rooms. Green Point is where the new stadium was built for the World Cup Soccer events in 2010. It is close to Sea Point's famous restaurant district and breath-taking beaches and just three minutes away from downtown Cape Town. Sorry, no children.

Villa Sunshine, Bantry Bay
